Ana Finel Honigman is a New York-born and Berlin-based critic, consultant and independent exhibition curator. She writes about contemporary art and fashion for magazines including Artforum.com, Frieze, Art in America, Text zur Kunst, British Vogue, Vogue Japan, Australian Vogue, Italian Vogue, Porter, V, TANK, Aperture, AnOther Magazine, Art Journal, New Inquiry, WGSN, Whitewall, Dazed & Confused, Daily Beast, Artsy, Guardian Unlimited, House Seven, ID, Saatchi Online, Style.com, Dazeddigital.com, Sleek, Interview, Time Out New York, Time Out London, Paper and the New York Times's Style section. Ana has also published an article in the peer-reviewed journal Third Text: Critical Perspectives on Contemporary Art and Culture. She has forthcoming articles in the peer-reviewed scholarly journals; Critical Studies in Fashion & Beauty and Valerie Steele's Fashion Theory: The Journal of Dress, Body and Culture. A Sarah Lawrence graduate, Ana holds a Masters degree and is currently reading for a DPhil (PhD) in the History of Art from Oxford University.
